Gentle walks led by qualified exercise specialists.
This 4 week block of gentle walking encompasses short ‘wanders’ around the park. The sessions include seated exercises, balance and strength conditioning, ideal for building your confidence and are led by an exercise referral specialist. Booking essential.
We kindly ask new participants to complete a brief health questionnaire on arrival or if you would rather you can complete the form online here beforehand.
