A 6 week block of fat blasting fitness circuits in the great outdoors designed to help you lose weight and tone up.

These sessions are suitable for all fitness levels where you can push yourself as much as you feel like. A great way to enjoy the sunshine and blue sky with an all over body workout for ages 14 years and over.

Your instructor will guide you through a variety of exercises such as squats, burpees through to shuttle runs to get your heart rate going. These classes are for a maximum of 12 people so you get one-to-one instruction as you develop your fitness levels each week.

Please meet in the car park at BytheWay Field, Wimborne, BH21 2BZ. Booking essential.
All participants must complete a health questionnaire prior to their first activity.
Free parking is available.
