Explore how wellbeing, mindfulness and keeping active in nature go hand in hand, incorporating walking and exploring our relationship with the natural world.
If arriving by car, please park in the main Moors Valley Country Park car park and walk to the Moors Valley Golf & Activity Centre. Booking essential.
