Moors Valley Challenge
We have set 40 fun, outdoor challenges for you and your family to discover if you are ready to be a Moors Valley Young Ranger…
The challenges are set in five categories each relating to the exciting, adventurous activities Moors Valley has to offer.
Get Active – run, jump, climb and grab a map to navigate around these challenges.
Let’s Play – put on your wellingtons and prepare to get muddy, these challeneges are all about playing and having fun.
Go Nuts about Nature – these challenges dare all young nature detectives to have a closer look at nature.
Get Creative – these challenges will help you discover your arty side and let your imagination run wild.
Go Out at Night – complete one or more of these challenges to see who comes out at night.
Challenges can either self-led or Ranger-led, and every time you complete a challenge you get a stamp. Stamps can be collected from the Information Point in the Visitor Centre or from a Ranger following an activity.
Challenges are recorded in your very own challenge booklet – the booklet not only shows your achievements but gives you links to more fun outdoor activities. So time to join up and join in…
Once all your stamps are collected, show your challenge booklet to the Rangers. Only those brave enough to complete all 40 challenges will be rewarded with their own Moors Valley Young Ranger badge and certificate!
Starts Saturday 28th May
