Running for Beginners
This fun and friendly 8 week course is aimed at new runners. Our qualified fitness instructor will support participants through the basic elements of running to gradually build fitness, speed and endurance.
These sessions are perfect for people wishing to train up for the Moors Valley 5k Parkrun.
A sociable and fun way to exercise. You will develop your fitness level over six weeks with a qualified instructor to keep you motivated.
Moors Valley is sometimes a venue for one-off special fun run events to raise money for selected charities. If you are interested in holding a charity fun run or sponsored walk event please contact the Rangers Office on 01425 470721.
