These 4 week blocks with a qualified referral specialist are the next step up from a Wander with gentle exercises and a slightly longer amble around the park and forest.
A range of free walks led by trained volunteer health walk leaders run every week to help you establish a routine, get back into exercise or return from injury and illness. There are weekly walks at Moors Valley and in locations around the local area. These free walks are part of the national Walking for Health initiative.
