Gentle walks led by qualified exercise specialists
This 4 week block of gentle walking encompasses short ‘wanders’ around the park and forest to enjoy the fresh air and beautiful countryside. The sessions include seated exercises, balance and strength conditioning, ideal for building your confidence and are led by an exercise referral specialist.
Please meet at the Information Point in the Visitor Centre 5mins before the start time of the event. Booking essential.
Please note: all participants will be required to complete a short health questionnaire before they take part in their first activity.
