Gentle walks led by qualified exercise specialists
This 4 week block of gentle walking encompasses short ‘wanders’ around the park and forest to enjoy the fresh air and beautiful countryside. The sessions include seated exercises, balance and strength conditioning, ideal for building your confidence and are led by an exercise referral specialist.
Please meet at the Information Point in the Visitor Centre 5mins before the start time of the event. Booking essential.
Please note: all participants will be required to complete a short health questionnaire before they take part in their first activity.

Parking is free for the duration of this course if you are a NEW Health and Activity event participant (those who have not taken part in a Health and Activity event since April 2016).
Free parking is only available to each new participant for their first beginner course, normal charges will apply for subsequent beginner courses of the same and/or different type.
An Early Risers Season Ticket can be purchased for £38 and lasts for 12 months allowing free car access until 12 noon every day.
