Nordic Walking Workout - Moors Valley

£4.75 per person per session, or £47.50 for 11 sessions
A weekly workout session to enable you to improve your technique and fitness, working at your own level.
Nordic walking makes something we can all do twice as effective. An enhancement of ordinary walking using poles to give you a great upper body workout.
The use of poles not only helps incorporate the upper body into the workout, it also helps propel the walker along, meaning they work harder than usual but the support from the poles makes it feel easier.
These sessions run every week, on the same day and time each week, for competent Nordic walkers who have completed a ‘Learn To’ course.
Please meet at the Visitor Centre 10 minutes before the start time of the event, BH24 2ET. Booking essential.
All participants who have not completed their ‘Learn To’ course with us will be asked to fill in a short health questionnaire before they take part.
A subscription for 11 sessions can be purchased for the reduced cost of £47.50 (1 session free). You can then book on your choice of 11 session dates, you will not automatically be booked on to any sessions.
