Mindfulness in Nature Course

An introduction to mindfulness in nature with a qualified practitioner
Mindfulness is about paying attention in the present moment with a sense of non-judgement towards our present moment experience. Mindfulness can help create a space between our thoughts, our emotions and our actions, helping us to focus and feel better emotionally and physically. Experience the healing power of nature through these mindful sessions at Moors Valley Country Park.
Led by an experienced mindfulness Practitioner, this course is a perfect way for beginners to practice the art of Mindfulness within the natural environment.
All participants will receive a mindfulness recording to continue practicing their new found skills at home.
Please note: all participants will be required to complete a short health questionnaire before they take part in their first activity.

Course 2: Tuesdays 3, 10, 17 and 24 July; 5.30pm to 6.45pm
Course 3: Monday 20, Tuesday 21 and Wednesday 22 August; 8.00am to 9.00am
Course 4: Tuesdays 11, 18, 25 September and 2 October; 10.00am to 11.15am
