Learn Mindfulness in nature, with guided sessions from an experienced Mindfulness Teacher.
Take some time out to learn about mindfulness in the natural world, held in the beautiful setting of Moors Valley Country Park & Forest. Explore how wellbeing, mindfulness and keeping active in nature go hand in hand, incorporating walking and exploring our relationship with the natural world. Regular mindfulness practice leads to greater happiness, wellbeing, peace, and contentment. Those who attend mindfulness sessions soon report more calm, better attention and less stress in their lives.
With mindfulness recordings for participants to practice in their own time.
Please meet at the Moors Valley Golf & Activity Centre, Moors Valley Country Park, Horton Road, BH24 2ET, 5 minutes before the start time of the activity. Booking essential, you can book onto as many sessions as you would like.
We kindly ask new participants to complete a brief health questionnaire on arrival or if you would rather you can complete the form online here beforehand.
