A free volunteer-led walk designed to improve your health and run every week to help you establish a regular exercise routine.
A great opportunity to get out in the fresh air and meet new friends whilst getting to know your local area better following the quiet footpaths through Wimborne.
Led by trained volunteer Health Walk Leaders, these free walks run every week to help you establish a regular exercise routine. Participants are invited to stay for optional refreshments after the walk (charges apply).
This walk is a level 3; the route will be hilly with some stiles and will last approximately 1 and 1/2 hours. A shorter 45mins walk also runs from the Allendale Centre in Wimborne on Mondays and Tuesdays.
There is no need to book for these walks, just turn up. Please meet at QE Leisure Centre, 15 minutes before the start time of the event, BH21 4DT.
Sorry, no dogs except assistance dogs.
Once a month this walk will run from a different location. Please be aware that these routes may involve hills and stiles.
