A free volunteer-led walk designed to improve your health and run every week to help you establish a regular exercise routine.
A great opportunity to get out in the fresh air and meet new friends whilst getting to know your local area better following the quiet footpaths through the parks and woodland areas of West Moors.
Led by trained volunteer Health Walk Leaders, these free walks run every week to help you establish a regular exercise routine. Participants are invited to stay for optional refreshments after the walk (charges apply).
Ideal for beginners there is no need to book for these walks, just turn up. Please meet at Penn Court Cafe, West Moors 15 minutes before the start time of the event, BH22 0JB.
