A free, sociable volunteer-led ride around the Park and Forest to help you get into a regular exercise routine.
These cycle rides run from Moors Valley every Wednesday morning and last approximately one hour. No need to book, just turn up. There is a level 1 ride or level 2 ride to choose from.
Please meet at the Cycle Hire Centre – to the right of the Visitor Centre.
You are welcome to bring your own bike or hire one at a subsidised rate of £2.50 for the session. Parking charges also apply.
