Health Cycle Ride - Ferndown

A free, sociable volunteer-led ride starting from Ferndown Forest Golf Club, to help you get into a regular exercise routine.

These cycle rides run from Ferndown Forest Golf Club, every Tuesday morning and last approximately one hour.

Please meet outside the bar at Ferndown Forest Golf Club 15 minutes prior to the start of the activity, BH22 9PH.
You are welcome to bring your own bike or one can be hired for £2.50 for the session; please call Moors Valley on 01425 480811 to book your bike.

Parking is free at Ferndown Forest Golf Club. Participants are invited to stay for an optional cup of tea or coffee after the cycle ride (charges apply).

Please note: all participants will be required to complete a short health questionnaire before they take part in their first activity.
