Get into Nordic Walking - Moors Valley

Learn the essentials to be able to start your Nordic Walking journey.
This hour and a half session will show you how to use the correct technique, which will enhance your walking and enable you to increase your strength and fitness, as well as burn more calories in comparison to walking without poles.
Once trained, you can join one of our Nordic Wellness or Workout sessions and start regular classes in the wonderful outdoors.
The sessions are fun and informative, and poles will be provided.
Please meet at the Moors Valley Golf and Activity Centre.
To ensure the sessions are Covid secure, we will always meet in an open space and keep a 2m distance. Poles will be sanitised prior to use.
We kindly ask new participants to complete a brief health questionnaire on arrival or if you would rather you can complete the form online here beforehand.
