A great opportunity to get out in the fresh air and meet new friends whilst following the quiet footpaths around the heath.
Led by trained volunteer Health Walk Leaders, these free walks run every week to help you establish a regular exercise routine. Ideal for beginners. There is no need to book for these walks, just turn up.
Please meet at the Avon Heath Country Park Visitor Centre.
