An ideal activity for regular walkers who are looking to increase their level of exercise.
A progression from normal walking, these sessions are for those who enjoy walking but want more than just gentle aerobic workout. Our qualified fitness instructor will support participants to gradually improve fitness and technique. The sessions will include walking at increased speed, relays and lower and upper body exercises.
No special clothing is required other than light walking apparel. You can book onto as many blocks as you want to throughout the year.
Please meet at the Visitor Centre 15 minutes before the start time of the activity. Booking essential.
All participants must complete a health questionaire before they take part in their first activity.
