A 9 week beginners running course to take you from couch to 5K
With the support of a volunteer run leader to keep you motivated, build up your running slowly over 9 weeks.
Perfect for those wanting to take part in the free, Saturday morning parkruns at Moors Valley or have the confidence to go out running on their own.
All participants must complete a health questionnaire before they take part in their first activity.
Course 1: Tuesdays 9, 16, 23, 30 January, 6, 13, 20, 27 February and 6 March; 9.45am to 10.30am
