Gentle walks led by qualified exercise specialists.
These sessions of gentle walking with a qualified referral specialist are the next step up from a Wander. The gentle walks encompass a slightly longer ‘amble’ and include seated exercises, balance, strength conditioning. Booking essential.
We kindly ask new participants to complete a brief health questionnaire on arrival or if you would rather you can complete the form online here beforehand.
