Gentle walks led by qualified exercise specialists
This 4 week block of gentle walking with a qualified referral specialist are the next step up from a Wander. The gentle exercise classes encompass a slightly longer ‘amble’ around the park and forest to enjoy the scenery. The sessions include seated exercises, balance and strength conditioning and so are an ideal class to continue building your fitness and strength.
Please meet at the Information Point in the Visitor Centre 5mins before the start time of the event. Booking essential.
All participants will be required to complete a short health questionnaire before they take part in their first activity.
Free parking is provided for this activity.
