Choose from a selection of guided walks around the local area. Whether you wish to meet like-minded people on a relaxed and friendly walk through the countryside or get more active and establish a regular exercise routine, there is an event for you!
Health and Wellness Walks
A range of free walks led by trained volunteer health walk leaders run every week to help you establish a routine.
There is no need to book for these walks, just turn up.
There are now weekly walks running not only at Moors Valley but also in Verwood, Wimborne, West Moors and Ferndown. The walks vary between 30 mins and
one and a half hours depending on the location. Please note: You will be asked to fill out a health questionnaire before your first walk.

These Volunteer-led walks explore some of the best of Dorset and Hampshire's stunning coast and countryside and are approximately 5 miles in length and are a step up from Health Walks in terms of distance and terrain.
