Types of event at Moors Valley
Adult Cycling
Adults can choose from a selection of guided rides and tuition sessions depending on their level of ability. These events are run regularly all year round and are led by a qualified cycling instructor.
Cycling Tuition (for beginners)
One to One Tuition - A course of 3 one to one sessions for adults who have never ridden a bike before or who would like to relearn an old skill.
Get Back in the Saddle - A day course designed to help adults regain their confidence on a bike and get back into cycling. We find you the right size bike and helmet, show you how to use the gears, do some basic bike maintenance and route planning and also take you around the quiet lanes near the Park if you would like to try riding on the road. Health Rides
Free weekly 1 hour cycle rides led by trained volunteers exploring tracks and trails starting from Moors Valley or Kingston Lacy, Wimborne. No need to book, just turn up.

Countryside Rides

Health Cycle Ride - Kingston Lacy
