Conservation & Wildlife
Although Moors Valley attracts many thousands of visitors each year, the variety of habitats including broadleaf and coniferous woodlands, lakes, rivers, heathland, meadows and scrub has allowed a rich and varied wildlife to live here.
These habitats are looked after by an experienced team of Rangers all year round.
For more details about the kinds of plants and animals that can be seen at Moors Valley throughout the year take a look at our wildlife pages.
